DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Ownership and risk of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Any damaged shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:

• Product Photographs
• Packaging Photographs
• Description of damage
Failure to notify SWASH within the specified period may result in rejection of the claim.
LOST SHIPMENTS
In the event of a shipment being declared lost by the courier partner, SWASH will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
