CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

COMPANY-INITIATED CANCELLATION

SWASH reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Technical issues

• Payment verification failure

• Force majeure events

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch, the customer shall receive a refund through the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 7–15 business days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

BULK ORDERS

SWASH reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for:

FINAL DECISION

All cancellation requests remain subject to review and approval by SWASH. The Company's decision shall be final and binding.
