REFUND POLICY

At SWASH Yaksaz Biotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of agricultural biological products, refunds are subject to strict conditions.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect product delivered

• Product damaged during transit

• Manufacturing defect verified by SWASH

• Product unavailable after successful payment

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds shall not be granted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by customer

• Improper product usage

• Crop loss claims

• Yield-related claims

• Storage-related damage after delivery

• Opened products

• Used products

• Partially used products

• Delayed agricultural results

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

REFUND REVIEW PROCESS

SWASH reserves the right to:

• Inspect products

• Request supporting photographs

• Verify invoices

• Conduct investigations

before approving any refund request.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.

SWASH shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

FINAL DECISION

All refund decisions made by SWASH shall be final and binding.
